Nebraska freshman forward Shavon Shields received his second Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor of the season. Shields scored 17 points, 12 of them in the second half, to help lift the Huskers to a come-from-behind victory over Iowa last Saturday. It was his fifth double-figure scoring game in Big Ten play. He also added seven rebounds in the win. Shields is averaging 8.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game this season.
