A walk-off walk doomed the Husker baseball team to an 8-7 loss at Cal State Fullerton in the first game in a two-game set last night. The Huskers scored four runs in the second inning to take an early lead but the Titans fought back. Nebraska was able to come back from 6-5 and 7-6 deficits to tie the score, but in the eleventh, the Titans loaded the bases and Husker reliever Josh Roeder walked in the winning run with two outs on the 3-2 pitch. The Huskers and Titans conclude their series this evening.
