The “rip off” gas Co`s do it every year before Memorial Day. It is just a tradition with them. Wait until the vacation traffic picks up. I`ll bet the S. T. P. (Screw The Public) stations are well over 4$ a gallon this summer. But, this is just why we need a oil line going through Nebraska. WHAT? That pipe line will ship oil out of the country? What a deal!!!!!

I wonder what the official excuse for such a significant hike is. Did an oil worker in Nigeria stub his toe?

Garbage like this is why my wife and I want to buy a Tesla. $4 for a charge that will get a 7 passenger vehicle 300 miles.

Now I went to Telsas website and the average monthly cost Is at least $ 575 according to them. How is that going to save you money? Remember electricity isn’t cheap either. Figure it the same as leaving 2 or 3 window air conditioners on 24/7. Whatever you save in gasoline costs you will lose in your electricity bill, especially if your plugged in at peak hours. Lightly Used Diesel car is most likely your best option in my opinion. The diesel is the most efficient internal combustion engine to date. Hell I’m ready to go back to horse and saddle myself! But I’d imagine NPPD may frown on me trotting down Jeffers! Lol

We can`t we, as consumers of fuel rebel against the gas co`s? If we could organize and boycott every business that sold gas one day a week I would bet the prices would drop. Let`s say, every Wed no one purchase anything, not even a bottle of pop from every place selling fuel. I know the tourist would not participate but, we as citizens could hit them just like they do us, right in the pocketbook.
