It is a sad thing her child died while she was in custody. However, she should have not done the things to put her away while her boy was sick and dying. It was, in a sense, her choice to give up that time with him. That’s a life-long sentence & it’s a shame.

I learned from experience that when you choose to live that lifestyle you do make the choice to GIVE up time. Whether she was given time with her baby or not, there was a time when it was her choice which ultimately led to the situation at hand. Prayers for her and the rehabilitation she needs. She has got to be a tough chica to live like this and not be dead herself.

obviously the childs father had good reason to limit the time Sophia had with her son.. shes been around drugs and crime her whole life, and a smart person would have used that as an example of how NOT to live!

Why hold Picotte to the one thing he isn’t at fault at!! Our wonderful DA dismissed all the charges he actually did and is holding on a charge he had a willing participant in !!!

Willing or not, she was under age and Cole knows better. He has been inappropriatly touching girls and women for years and his mother and the public school administration just turned a blind eye. Guess he will learn his lesson in jail. I don’t feel bad for him.

You are 100 percent correct!! His mother and her baby daddy and the school he went to(Maxwell) are completely responsible for how he turned out!! But should we not want to teach him how to be a good person!!

Nice to see Moser is only being charged for two of the robberies and not all them. Plus all the drugs they bought with that money. Jolliffe and Houchin are the same way. Least you could have done was used the money to take care of your kids. But parent awards go out to ya. Lets see how much time you get cuz it won’t be enough.
