Judith Irene Parker, age 72 formerly of North Platte passed away September 23 at Blair Community Hospital in Blair Nebraska. She was born August 30, 1941 to Harry and Agnes (Durbin) Shindle in Lexington. She married George Wayne Parker on August 25, 1960 in Lexington. Six children were born to their union. She was a homemaker, enjoyed doing crafts and most of all a wonderful giver.
Survivors include: Richard (Penney) Parker of Casper Wyoming, Laurie (Kevin) Alger of Omaha, Lisa Renschler of North Platte, Linda Parker of Omaha, Mike Parker of North Platte and Pat (Heidi) Parker of North Platte. She has several grandchildren, great grandchildren and siblings.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Wayne Parker, grandson Brandon Parker and son in law Steve Shafer. She will be buried at Fort McPherson National Cemetery.

Graveside Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery near Maxwell with the Reverend Brent Montgomery officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. today, September 25, 2013 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
