    So about 18 or 19 years ago, Mr. Skinner and a buddy of his committed strong-arm robbery and stole almost $600 in electronics from a couple of kids while they were walking home. They were identified because one of the victims recognized him.

    The county attorney decided to drop charges against Mr. Skinner and gave the other one a misdemeanor assault charge.

    It looks like the leniency of the court was ill advised.
