Marijuana is hardly a problem. If you’ve got something against it you’re obviously not all there. Stop punishing people who have possession, ridiculous. ….

Marijuana is a huge problem and people who continue to spew half facts and misinformation about it are a detriment to our society! Put down the bong and quit trying to shove legalization down our throats!

lol Marijuana is almost legal…come on people. Its not meth, coke, crack or anything close to that. Prescription pills which are prescribed legally every where are more harmful that marijuana is! There are some many sick people out there who use it on a daily basis and it eases their pain. Do your research first please because nobody has ever died from smoking pot!

Actually there has been plenty killed solely because of marijuana. Not necessarily from ingestion but behind the wheel of a car or just hallucinating and jumping from balconies. If it helps people then responsible people should go to a doctor and be prescribed one of the two forms of pills using the medicinal portion of marijuana and take the prescribed amount for their ailments. Anything else is just potheads looking for a way to get high legally. Nobody’s buying it and all but one county in Colorado plans to criminalize marijuana again by 2016. People have seen the effects on society and are going to stand up against potheads!

First off you don’t know the facts. This is his first time charged with possession. The reason he’s in jail now Cuz he finally got his sentence for it from February. Also yes he knew he was going to be a dad back then but he didn’t want to own up to it. But since him and his gf got back together he has come to realize what’s important. His family is his everything. He has made his mistakes and he now learned from them. I’m pretty sure you’ve made bad choices and made mistakes. So stop judging his life when you know nothing of it!

How many DUI’s does it take to get a persons off the road? Obviously more than 4. Or does it take someone to die before they finally do something about it? I see in the got sheets 3 and 4 and more than that and they are still driving around just waiting to find Victims to kill. The justice system does not seem to care enough about this or we would not be sending them back out on the streets. What if it was their family member that was killed then would they push for harsher laws on the repeat DUI offenders? What about those of us who are just regular Joe’s doesn’t the safety of our loved ones matter. They keep hiking the price of tobacco up when they need to be focusing on the stricter laws of alcohol. However that would cut into their own pockets too much while they sit around and have their social drinks not thinking about the thought that someone has just lost their life.
In 2012, 10,322 people died in drunk driving crashes – one every 51 minutes

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration FARS data, 2013.

It’s time to do something about this.

Sadly enough, even taking a life while driving drunk doesn’t even carry much of a penalty. Micah spent a total of about what…. 2 months in the county jail? Our prosecutor has to pack her bags and move on.
