Hope - Esperanza along with Community Connections and West Central District Health Department will be hosting a Cinco de Mayo Community Celebration this Sunday from 1:00pm - 6:00pm and the event is taking place Downtown on the Bricks in North Platte and free admission. Games, food trucks, vendors and so much more will be happening during the day.&nbsp;
